Texas Pools Service and Maintenance is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Spring, TX
About the Company
Texas Pools Inc is an award winning, luxury pool builder and remodeling company that has served The Woodlands and Houston metroplex since 1980. With new ownership in 2016, the company has prioritized growing and expanding with an eye on ingenuity and adopting the most up to date pool technologies available. In the past 5 years, we have more than doubled personnel.
Responsibilities
● Oversee all phases of the installation process.
● Review plans/documents and specifications for any foreseeable conflicts.
● Interact with sales in communicating project progress.
● Attend regular pre-planning and construction progress meetings as necessary.
● Interact with customers via phone calls, text messages and email regarding project movement, questions, and resolution of any issues. Build and maintain a strong relationship.
● Coordinate and maintain production schedule.
● Effective daily communication with subcontractors ensuring schedule is maintained on a timely basis.
● Communicate feedback in a quick manner if changes are needed.
● Persistent and continuous follow up.
● Facilitate in collecting all monies on time that are due for each phase.
● Produce and maintain accurate construction files including contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, material selections, etc.
● Quality control of work and jobsite rules compliance by all of our subcontractors.
● Maintain and coordinate completion of post construction punch lists.
● This position is full time, Monday- Friday. Some Saturdays may be necessary. Some overtime is possible when necessary.

● Three years of experience required in construction and project management.
● Excellent customer service skills.

● Detail and outcome oriented.
● Analytical, technical, and problem solving abilities.
● Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
● Strong work ethic.
● Ability to represent the firm in a professional manner.
● Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Salary: $45K to $60K per year/ Commensurate with experience

o 100% of monthly premiums paid by employer

· Optional buy-in for Dental Insurance
· Eligible for 401K enrollment after 1 year
o Company contributes 3% to 401K regardless of employee’s contribution.
· 40 hours PTO after 1 year. Company holidays include 1 week off for Christmas and usual holidays.
· Annual bonuses based on company and personal performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $64,086.18 per year
